Followers of stealth video video games seemingly have a smooth spot of their hearts for Splinter Cell. Ubisoft’s sub-series of stealth-action video games endorsed by Tom Clancy has been MIA for over a decade, even with a remake of the unique recreation on the horizon. After doing visitor roles in different Clancy video games and in Netflix’s Far Cry anime, sequence lead Sam Fisher is again in all his shadowy glory in Splinter Cell: Deathwatch.
Developed by John Wick alum Derek Kolstad, the animated sequence sees Fisher—voiced by Liev Schreiber slightly than longtime recreation actor Michael Ironside—as a discipline commander for the covert Fourth Echelon unit. Like within the video games, Sam is assigned to cease a menace to world safety: on this case, the mission is “private.”
Splinter Cell: Deathwatch deploys on Netflix October 14.
